What is Korean Hand Therapy?
Korean Hand Therapy (KHT) is a Korean form of acupuncture and massage for bringing the body to balance and wellness through your hands. By stimulating specific points on the hands, pain may be reduced and balance returned to the body. Because traditional KHT aims to treat the whole person rather than specific symptoms in isolation, it can be effective for a range of conditions.
Benefits
Pre-treatment screening
Your first treatment in the Therapy Room will be an hour and a quarter. This is to allow for a full Health Screening to be completed, after which we will assess whether Korean Hand Therapy is right for you, or suggest a different therapy, if appropriate. There is no additional fee for this first appointment.
